Garage

The garage is large enough to fit both of our cars, one of which is a minivan.

Kitchen & Dining Room

There is a large dining room joining the kitchen. In the corner by the door to the garage and basement is a large pantry. It will fit lots of food, as you can tell from the picture. The fridge is not included with the sale of the house, although it can be negotiated.

Living Room

Here are a few pictures as you walk in the front door. The living room is open to the dining room and the kitchen. There is a gas fireplace and a large opening for a tv right above it.

Guest Bath & Hall Closet

The first picture is of the guest bath. It has a full tub in it as well as cabinets under the sink. There is also a linen closet just outside of the master bedroom. There is plenty of space, as you can see from the picture, all of our junk that fits into it.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is located on the upper floor right outside of the master bedroom. It is wonderful not to have to carry all my laundry down to the basement. We added the shelving that will stay with the house. The room itself is very spacious.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom

There is vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan in the large master bedroom. The sliding glass door leads to the deck that overlooks the back yard. There is also a walk in closet with organizers in the master bedroom. There is also a large master bathroom. There is one sink with a very large counter. The shower is a double headed shower, custom tiled, that is as large as a bathtub. It is very nice; I love it.

Two bedrooms

This is one of the bedrooms upstairs. It has a small nook in one corner that is the perfect size for a baby changing table. It would also be great for a dresser or bookshelf. There are built in organizers in all of the closets. They are very handy. Each room has vaulted ceilings and two toned paint. The two bedrooms both have sliding mirrored doors for the closets.

The best part of our home is the beautiful yard. It is fully enclosed with an allyway between our fence and the neighbor's fence. All of the yards in our building are run on automated sprinkler systems. There are four zones and they are programmed to run in the very early morning. We have taken care to make sure the pipes don't freeze when it is wintertime. We have also fertilized the yard. It is the perfect size for play equipment and it is even big enough for a trampoline. It takes about 15 minutes to mow the yard. There is also a front strip that is our responsibility to take care of. It is also on the automated sprinkler system and only takes about two minutes to mow.

Our home is located at 375 N. 4th W. in Rigby, Idaho. We are considered in the city, which means we pay city water. We are also entiled to use the library free of charge. (And it is a pretty good library too, especially since Rigby is a small town.) We are located in the Pioneer Park subdivision that is accessed on 3rd West at 3rd North. We are in a quiet neighborhood with other houses that have all been recently built. Our building was finished with construction in September of 2004. It was actually the first completed building in our subdivision. We moved into it in September of 2005. We have absolutely loved it and will be very sorry to leave.
