Our Yard

The best part of our home is the beautiful yard. It is fully enclosed with an allyway between our fence and the neighbor's fence. All of the yards in our building are run on automated sprinkler systems. There are four zones and they are programmed to run in the very early morning. We have taken care to make sure the pipes don't freeze when it is wintertime. We have also fertilized the yard. It is the perfect size for play equipment and it is even big enough for a trampoline. It takes about 15 minutes to mow the yard. There is also a front strip that is our responsibility to take care of. It is also on the automated sprinkler system and only takes about two minutes to mow.

Our home is located at 375 N. 4th W. in Rigby, Idaho. We are considered in the city, which means we pay city water. We are also entiled to use the library free of charge. (And it is a pretty good library too, especially since Rigby is a small town.) We are located in the Pioneer Park subdivision that is accessed on 3rd West at 3rd North. We are in a quiet neighborhood with other houses that have all been recently built. Our building was finished with construction in September of 2004. It was actually the first completed building in our subdivision. We moved into it in September of 2005. We have absolutely loved it and will be very sorry to leave.
